Services Limited is an authorised fiduciary services provider licensed by the institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.Mr. Kokos Skoullos established the firm in Cyprus in 2000 and Mr. Michael Kourouklas joined the firm as a Managing Partner with the intention of expanding the firm into various business sectors in 2011.
Over the years, the firm has expanded consistently primarily providing high quality, professional and expert company incorporations and management services both in Cyprus and internationally.
K.P.S. Services Limited also provides an extensive range of quality services including accounting services, administrative services, VAT and tax services, IT consulting, management consulting and residency procedures, yacht registration and custom-made seminars and trainings on a client demand basis.
The clientele includes businesspeople and individuals from around the world such as Greece, France, Germany, Russia, Poland, Libya, Sultanate of Oman, Ukraine, Egypt, Lebanon and the United States of America.
